With Valentine's day fast approaching many young people may be getting in the mood for romance... and some may also be thinking about having sex.
You may have spent plenty of time thinking about the perfect valentines card, but if you are planning on having sex, have you spent enough time thinking about the perfect contraception?
For this year's Contraceptive Awareness Week, the Family Planning Association (FPA) are providing information and support so that you can make a choice about which contraception method works best for you.
